Supervision of staff to ensure that they work together safely and effectively to the required quality standards and job specifications.

Other duties will include but are not limited to;

Set up jobs according to job specification
Make sure all paperwork is completed before production can commence
Ensure all staff are in place and every team member is briefed before a job commences. Staff must be placed according to known skills to ensure efficient flow of production.
Monitor the production line throughout the day, rectifying any issues as they occur. Reporting back to Production Supervisor and Operations Manager.
Ensure that daily production targets are met and exceeded.

• Ensure production lines are running efficiently

Making sure the production area is kept tidy through out the day
Maintain a high level of hygiene, safety and security within the production units checking that all staff are clean, have photo ID Badges ect.
Full training will be provided

£10.40 Per hour
