RIJU ADHIKARI FCCA

OWNER

Riju is a qualified accountant and has worked in the recruitment and accounting/finance industry for many years. His experience in the temporary recruitment sector started in 2013. Riju undertakes all elements of the day-to-day operation, compliance and client relationships, as well as being responsible for the financial planning and budgeting for the company. He is the key contact to liaise with HMRC, DWP, ONS, GLAA, Pension Regulator plus all other statutory and government bodies.

BECCA WOOD

SENIOR PAYROLL AND COMPLIANCE ADMINISTRATOR

Becca has a background in recruitment and payroll and has been with the company since 2017. Becca covers all elements of payroll and is an experienced resourcer but her main responsibilities are overseeing payroll, invoicing and general compliance for the company.

 

 

 

ANDY MEHMED

PLANNING MANAGER

Andy has been working within industrial recruitment since 2011; he speaks various languages and manages our large workforce. Part of his role is to be on-site with clients each morning, helping, managing and overseeing the on-site co-ordinators.  He also deals with any issues the candidate's may have as well as arranging holiday cover etc whilst meeting client expectations.  Andy is calm under pressure and enjoys the variety every day brings.

 

 

 

JUSTINE BRUCE-HUDSON

HEAD OF COMPLIANCE

Justine has been working within the recruitment industry since 2001 in various roles and sectors across recruitment. She started with us in 2012 as a branch administrator, managing all office admin including client/candidate compliance.  Justine now oversees the day-to-day running of our Gravesend Branch and is always happy to help!

 

 

JASMINE SALES

SOCIAL AND COMMUNICATIONS COORDINATOR

Jasmine joined us in 2018 with a background in customer service and administration. She has progressed to an accounts admin role and supports a number of clients on a day-to-day basis with the help of the co-ordinators. Jasmine is also responsible for our reception area, candidate compliance, resourcing and our social media accounts!

 

 

KIRAN SAPKOTA

FINANCE AND PAYROLL COORDINATOR

Joining our Gravesend branch in Feb 2020, Kiran works closely with the co-ordinators helping with sales leads and attending client meetings when required.  He also gets involved with resourcing and interviewing potential candidates whilst dealing with general admin. Kiran is a University graduate and has chosen 24-7 to start his career.

 

 

ANGELA BAINS

PLANNER

Angela is our most recent member of the team, joining our Gravesend office in September 2021.  She works closely with the team learning and understanding all aspects of the recruitment process from start to finish, as well as Andy training Angela how to become a sucessful co-ordinator!  Angela studied Chemical Engineering at University in Italy before her and her family moved to the UK.

PAUL BAKER

OPERATIONS DIRECTOR

Paul oversees the daily running of the buisness. making sure we align business strategy with operational and ethical delivery ensuring systems and processes are robust.
