Our client is looking to recruit a production operative in Paddock Wood to assist in the reconditioning of high quality used automotive parts.

You will have a good work ethic, strong attention to detail and have excellent time keeping skills.

Your duties will include:

·General disassembly and assembly

·Welding

·Manufacture of bespoke tubes and shafts

·Testing of reassembled racks – including the simulation of loads and cycles to determine durability and strength alongside fatigue testing.

The ideal candidate will:

·Have an engineering / mechanical background

·Have experience using hand tools or have warehouse and production line experience

·Due to the nature of this role you must be physically fit

This is a temporary position with the potential to become permanent for the ideal candidate.

Hours are Monday to Friday 07:30 – 16:30

Pay rate £10 -£11 per hour

Full training will be provided
