SELECTION & RECRUITMENT:
24-7 ESL can help you find the right person for the job by conducting full background checks, interviewing, referencing, right to work in the UK checks and if required CRB checks to ensure that the best candidate is placed.
OUT OF HOURS:
We have a 24 hour phone line which is always manned by someone who understands your account. In addition, you will have access to the dedicated account manager’s number, which is available 24 hours / 7 days a week.
MANAGING A LARGE WORKFORCE:
We appoint experienced members of our team to each large client. The structure of this would include:
Accountant Manager: Dealing with the daily bookings and confirmations, managing the candidate interviewing and vetting processes to suit the business and having overall responsibility for the account.
Site Co-Ordinator / Administrator: This involves a representative being present on-site daily, responsible for staff inductions, managing any issues from the on-site supervisors as well as dealing with daily time-sheets thus ensuring all hours are present and correct in readiness for the payroll process.
Lead Temp: Appointed to every 10+ staff supplied. Responsible for any queries for their staff and addressing the appropriate member of the 24-7 team to deal with this if necessary.
Accounts: Responsible for invoicing, Client TOB’s, weekly payments and any payroll queries.
With specific members of our team being appointed to these areas, it allows everyone to know who they need to speak to with their queries, and who is best placed to provide the information they require as quickly as possible.
24-7 ESL can provide an on-site Account Manager. Their role would be to ensure the smooth running of the account and co-ordinate all shifts. They will liaise directly with all shift managers/supervisors and will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the account.
UNIFORM / INDUCTIONS:
24-7 ESL can supply personal protective equipment that is required on your site for all candidates supplied. This can include safety boots, hi-vis, overalls, hard hats; ID badges etc. We will also be responsible for all on-site inductions if required.
